Nicolae Linca, boxer welterwight category, won gold medal in 1956.
Were obtained eight silver medals for coming boxer:
-Mircea Dobrescu, flyweight category, 1956.
-Daniel Dumitrescu, featherweight category, 1988.
-Vasile Tita, middleweight category, 1956.
-Gheorghe Negrea, light heavyweight category, won the silver medal on two occasions, first in 1956, and the second, in 1968.
-Ion Alexe, heavyweight category in 1972, won the silver medal and all the same category boxer Mircea Simon won the same medal in 1976.
-Marian Simion, light middlewight category, 2000.
-First bronze medal was achieved by boxer Gheorghe Fiat, lightweight category in 1952. Among other things last bronze medal was achieved by boxer Iont Gheroghe, light welterweight in 2004.
